Infiniti of Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Detail Manager to oversee and lead our vehicle detailing operations. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining luxury vehicle standards.
Job SummaryThe Detail Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the detail department, ensuring vehicles meet Infiniti quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery for sales and service customers. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the detailing department
Maintain Infiniti luxury-quality appearance standards for all vehicles
Schedule and prioritize detailing workflow for Sales and Service
Perform quality control inspections on completed vehicles
Train, coach, and supervise detail staff
Maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate effectively with Sales Managers, Service Advisors, and leadership
Assist with hands-on detailing as needed
Automotive detailing experience required
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to manage time, workflow, and personnel effectively
Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors or in shop conditions
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Competitive hourly or piece-rate pay structure
Compensation based on experience and performance
