Looking for a full-time position with a consistent schedule and consecutive days off? ORO is hiring Drivers to transport passengers using the Uber platform. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a company vehicle, fuel, maintenance, and insuranceso you can focus on delivering a safe and exceptional customer experience.

A Day in the Life

As an ORO Driver, youll safely transport passengers while representing our commitment to safety and service. Every shift begins with a company-provided vehicle thats clean, inspected, and ready to go.

Available Schedule

• Full-Time (37.5+ hours per week)
• Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Consecutive days off

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00 plus tips

What Youll Do

• Safely transport passengers using the Uber platform.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading personal belongings.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping applications.
• Complete pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Retrieve and return company vehicles each shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and protect company assets.

What Were Looking For

• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Valid Georgia drivers license
• Minimum one year of licensed driving experience
• Personal smartphone required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety

• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
